Welcome to ShopMyInterior.com. These terms and conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and agreements made through our webshop.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the consumer and ShopMyInterior. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Products

We sell carefully selected and/or handmade home furnishings in small quantities. Variations in color, shape, or size may occur and contribute to the unique character of our products.

4. Prices & Payment

All listed prices include VAT. Shipping costs will be displayed separately during checkout.

You can pay via:

  • iDEAL

  • Bancontact

  • Credit card

  • Klarna (pay later, if enabled)

  • PayPal

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your order within [1–3 business days] after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery will be made via an external carrier (PostNL, DHL, or similar). We are not liable for delays after shipment.

6. Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return conditions:

  • Product is undamaged and unused

  • Packaging is in original condition if possible

  • Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from revocation.

7. Complaints

Do you have a complaint or comment? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@shopmyinterior.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

8. Liability

ShopMyInterior is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of delivered products or services provided by third parties (such as delivery).

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and process your data in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Statement for more information.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, disruptions, or delays in postal services), we reserve the right to postpone or cancel delivery.

11. Applicable law
