As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. At Shop my Interior, we extend this period to 30 days.

REFUND

Once we receive your return, it will take up to 14 days to process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. The refund will be initiated via the payment method used to place the order. It will be processed within 48 hours.
