How do I create a Shop my Interior account?
In the website header, you'll find a login option. Clicking this button will open a pop-up window. At the bottom of this pop-up window is an option to create your own Shop my Interior account.
What are the benefits of a Palais account?
With a Shop my Interior account, you have all your order information in one place. A simple overview of your personal information, billing information, current orders, order history, and information about your packages.

I want to change the delivery address, is that possible?
Yes! As long as your package hasn't shipped yet, you can change the delivery address. Send your request to info@shopmyinterior.com(info@shopmyinterior.com)
What is the expected delivery time for my order?
Delivery times vary by product. Shop my Interior has a sufficient number of products in stock, so the package will be shipped within one business day of placing the order. Some products are manufactured after the order is placed. Delivery times for these products may be slightly longer. The delivery time is listed on each product page.
How much does it cost to ship my package?

How can I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your package's track & trace code. We recommend keeping a close eye on this to prevent the package from being returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Returns
How do I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Use the returns portal to register your return. This ensures we can process your return smoothly. We do not offer free returns. In the portal, you can purchase a return label for €7.95*. Please ensure the packing slip or your order number is included in the package. When will I receive the refund after I return a product?
Once your return has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email. The correct amount will be transferred to the account you originally purchased the item from. This process takes up to 14 days.
Is it possible to exchange a product?
We do not offer the option to exchange items. If you would like to receive a new item, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order through w(https://palais.com/nl)ww.shopmyinterior.com(www.shopmyinterior.com)
Can I return a discounted item?
Yes, our 30-day return policy applies to all products. Only business orders are not returnable.
